Delivery

The delivery date provided upon purchase is an estimated date and is subject to change. Our delivery partners, Aramex, will strive to expedite delivery as swiftly as possible.

Exchanges

Products cannot be returned but can be exchanged if they are unused and in the original box or packaging in which they were delivered. Products that have been used or damaged will not be accepted for exchange.
Keep your original purchase proof and packaging to fulfil the exchange.

Mackenzie-Child-KSA will not provide cash refunds, so ensure you exchange the products for items of the same price or more.

Items may be exchanged within 5 days from the purchase date.

Risk

Once full payment is received, ownership of the goods will transfer to you. The risk of loss, or damage is transferred to you upon acceptance of delivery.

Liability

Mackenzie-Child-KSA shall only be liable for direct damages or losses caused to you due to a breach of any of Mackenzie-Child-KSA‘s obligations. 

If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is deemed illegal or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain unaffected and shall continue to be binding. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of KSA. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by both parties, these Terms and Conditions take precedence over any other terms and Conditions.
