How do I create an account and do I need to?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Can I change my order after submitting it online?

If an item I purchased is not available, will I be notified?

We only show the available items on the website. If for any reason an item got out of stock after purchase, you will be notified by our representator, and the amount paid will be returned.

Is VAT included in the prices?

VAT 15% is included in the prices of our products.

Can I track the delivery of my online order?
